NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CALHOUN COUNTY NAVIGATION INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The Calhoun County Navigation Industrial Development Authority is posting this Notice of Public Hearing and holding such public hearing pursuant to the requirements of section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, regarding the public approval prerequisite to the exemption from federal income taxation of interest on the Notes described more fully in the Notice of Public Hearing.
